Syracuse, NY — (March 8, 2016) — The Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints (ESS) is proud to announce that NAPA Auto Parts is back to be the title sponsor of the US Tour for 2016. All events held in the United States will carry a separate point fund and the top 15 will split from the lucrative pot thanks to NAPA.
Last season, Steve Poirier beat out Jason Barney and Chuck Hebing for the NAPA crown. With some of the finest dirt tracks in the Northeast holding ESS events it will be a spirited battle once again.
“Having the NAPA brand back in the ESS fold is a huge boost for us.” noted ESS President Chuck Miller. “They were a major contributor to our point fund that was handed out at our banquet in November. This year with the help of NAPA we will be handing out the largest point fund in our 34 year history.”
NAPA Auto Parts has dozens of locations throughout Upstate NY. In the U.S., NAPA now includes over 60 distribution centers, 15,000 NAPA AutoCare Centers and more than 6,000 independently-owned and company-owned stores. NAPA carries an extensive inventory of more than 400,000 parts for automotive and industrial applications.
Customers can find some of the best Lucas Oil Products at their local NAPA store as well.
The US Tour and also the quest for the overall Lucas Oil ESS championship will begin on Friday, April 22nd with a $2,000 to win show at the newly acquired Outlaw Speedway (Formerly the Black Rock Speedway). Fans will see sprint cars from as many as four states and two Canadian Provinces.
