Beaumont, TX — (June 10, 2016) — It seems Mother Nature is not done with south Texas, as rain has once again set in at the Golden Triangle Raceway Park, forcing officials to call off Friday’s matchup between the Griffith Truck and Equipment ASCS Gulf South Region presented by Southern Trailer Works and Lucas Oil ASCS Southern Outlaw Sprints.
Teams will now turn their attention to the high-banked Battleground Speedway in Highlands, Texas as racing is still a go on Saturday, June 11.
Saturday, June 11, Battleground Speedway gets rolling at 7:00 P.M. (CDT) and will include Street Stocks, Limited Modifieds, and Classic Dwarf Cars.
