TULSA, Okla. (August 31, 2016) — Upcoming events or the Lucas Oil ASCS presented by the MAVTV Motorsports Network and Speedway Motors ASCS Warrior Region presented by Impact Signs have been updated.
Events at the Missouri State Fair Speedway on Friday, September 9 have been cancelled and rescheduled as an ASCS Warrior Region event only on Saturday, September 17.
Also changing on the Warrior Region lineup, Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City, Kan. on Friday, September 30 has been moved up to Friday, September 16 and will pair with the Missouri State Fair Speedway.
The reason for the move is to accommodate the Grant Junghans Memorial featuring the United States Modified Touring Series (USMTS) which had to be rescheduled due to weather. The gem of a Modified event to honor the life of Grant Junghans had over 120 drivers on hand before the event was called due to rain.
