MARIETTA, Ohio (June 16, 2017) — Nathan Skaggs won the Ohio Valley Sprint Car Association feature Friday night at Hilltop Speedway. Jamie Myers, Wayne McPeek, Chris Ferrall, and Bryan Nuckles rounded out the top five.
