MILLERSBURG, Ohio (July 14, 2017) — Nathan Skaggs won the Ohio Valley Sprint Car Association feature Friday night at Hilltop Speedway. Andre Layfield, Jamie Myers, Lance Webb, and Jason Dolick rounded out the top five.
