With non-winged sprint car racing becoming more popular in Missouri, sprint car drivers Tony Crank and Andy Korte have partnered up to found Wingless Auto Racing. WAR will be a non-winged traveling series that will have its inaugural season in 2012 with about fifteen shows at tracks throughout Missouri and Kansas.

2012 “GENERATION NEXT” SLATE EXPANDS TO 15 RACES
The 2012 USAC Mopar .25 Midget “Generation Next” calendar has been released and contains a record 15 events in a dozen states plus a non-points special event. As in 2011, a driver’s best five finishes will be credited toward his season points total to determine the champions.
