Oil Capital Racing Series president Barry Grabel and promoters Mark and Debbie Brill have announced that the make-up date for last weeks cancellation due to weather issues will be made up this Sunday October 14th @ 3pm at the Brill Motor Speedway in Meeker Oklahoma.
