After a successful showing of non-wing sprint car events as part of the series schedule last year, the Oil Capital Racing Series is returning in 2014 with more wingless action on the docket. OCRS is pleased to announce that the Jimmy Sills School of Open Wheel Racing will award the 2014 top non-wing point scorer with a free, yet highly valuable, racing school program at their Marysville, California open wheel racing facility.
