USAC & STARS Team Up for National Midget Event at Grundy County

The Honda USAC Pavement Midget Series, in conjunction with the D’Arcy GMC STARS National Midgets, comes to Grundy County Speedway on Saturday, August 9th. Danville, Indiana’s Kyle Hamilton has won the previous two USAC National Midget Series races at Grundy County in 2012 and 2013. After rain washed away the “Rick Stewart Memorial” at Prescott Valley, the popular USAC SouthWest Sprint Car Series will travel to the heartland for the “2nd Annual Freedom Tour.” With each night paying $2,500-to-win, the non-point four-race mini-series will kickoff on Wednesday, August 13th, in Lawton, Oklahoma.
