Jessica Zemken came up one spot short on Friday of claiming the feature win at the Can-Am Speedway. She joked afterwards that Saturday night was the important night as there was the big money on the line and that they were ready to win that event.

DAGGETT DOUBLES UP AT SOUTH BUXTON
Dustin Daggett’s weekend in Canada couldn’t have gone any better. Daggett won the 25 lap ASCS Sprints on Dirt feature on Saturday night at South Buxton Raceway after taking the lead from Gregg Dalman with less than 10 laps to go. It was the Portland, Michigan driver’s second consecutive victory, as he claimed the win at Ohsweken Speedway on Friday.

Chico’s Jonathan Allard was perfect on Saturday night at Silver Dollar Speedway. Allard put the Morrie and Katie Williams #0 up front every time the car hit the track. Allard turned an 11.542 to earn the fastest lap in qualifying.

Dean Jacobs, Chris Andrews get 410 Fremont wins
Dean Jacobs has been so close to finding victory lane this year. The Wooster, Ohio driver finally found it at Fremont Speedway Saturday, July 3 in the make-up feature from Crown Battery Night, handing car owners Joe and Diane Seeling their first 410 sprint victory. Not to be outdone, Chris Andrews may have salvaged his season as the Sandusky, Ohio driver won the regular 410 sprint feature on McDonald’s Night.
