Taking part in the fourth and final Placerville Posse Challenge event at the Placerville Speedway on Saturday night, Andy Forsberg put an exclamation point on the mini series as he won the race, and was also crowned Placerville Posse Challenge Champion.

Piloting the potent C&M Motorsports No. 7c machine with the Civil War Series on Friday night and at the Petaluma Speedway on Saturday night, Andy Forsberg would rally from a heat race incident at the Ocean Speedway before racing his way to his eighth win of the season on Saturday night.

Getting back to the Petaluma Speedway over the weekend, Andy Forsberg and his C&M Motorsports team would pick up their seventh win of the 2016 season, and also lock into October’s Adobe Cup as Sunday night’s event acted as the race’s third qualifying event.

Losing a heartbreaker at the Petaluma Speedway one week ago, Andy Forsberg and his C&M Motorsports team came back strong on Saturday night as Forsberg had his elbows up on a heavy and fast Petaluma Speedway en route to his fifth win of the 2016 season.

With isolated storms popping up all over Northern California over the weekend, Andy Forsberg and his C&M Motorsports team got word of the KWS 410ci cancellation at the Petaluma Speedway on Saturday morning, and quickly unloaded their car, installed their 360ci and headed to Placerville Speedway where Forsberg went out and scored his fourth win of the season.

Saturday night at the Ocean Speedway, Andy Forsberg held off challenges from a pair of young hot shoes early in the race, and then fended off a pair of veteran drivers late to lead all 50-laps and claim the Johnny Key Classic title.
