Returning to action on Saturday night at Placerville Speedway, Andy Forsberg continued a strong start to the 2026 season as he picked up his 78th career win at the track which marked the team’s fourth tally of the year.

Making a return trip to Marysville, CA on Saturday night to shake down a new engine the team acquired over the off season that they still aren’t happy with, the engines still hounded the team but Forsberg was able to grab his third win of the season.

Andy Forsberg and the PHR Racing team were back in action over the weekend in Chico, CA where Forsberg tamed a tough track on Friday night to score his second win of the season, before tallying a fifth place finish Saturday night at the Silver Cup finale.

Mother Nature postponed the original date for the Paul Hawes Tribute in Marysville, CA, but with incredible Fall weather cast over the area on Saturday night, the show was able to run in its entirety and when the dust settled int was Andy Forsberg closing his year out with his 11th feature event win.

Taking part in the opening two rounds of SCCT Speedweek, Andy Forsberg raced to a win on Friday night at Silver Dollar Speedway and backed it up with a third place run at Placerville Speedway on Saturday night.

Racing on three separate occasions over the 4th of July weekend, Andy Forsberg picked up a win on Thursday night in Marysville, CA and capped the weekend off with a second place finish on Saturday night in Placerville, CA.

Returning to Placerville Speedway on Saturday night for Fan Appreciation night on one week removed from victory getting snatched from his grasp at Petaluma Speedway, Andy Forsberg was not to be denied as he wired the field and scored his sixth win of the season.
