After several seasons under the ownership of the Caprara Bros., Can-Am was sold to Rochester businessman, racing competitor and fan Tiger Chapman. New ideas and vigor has seen the first half of the 2010 season on the road to success. Chip Burdick stayed on as the leader of the 4/10ths mile oval and the LaFargeville facility hasn’t missed a beat.

Chuck Hebing hasn’t had much to worry about early on in the 2010 Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprint schedule. The veteran driver had a second and a pair of third place finishes under his belt prior to Friday night’s action at Autodrome Edelweiss.

ESS 27th Anniversary Tour Starts this Weekend!
It’s been many months since the crowning of Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprint (ESS) champion Justin Barger at the annual awards banquet, his title defense starts this weekend. The 27th Anniversary Tour starts on Saturday night with the seventh annual Earl Halaquist Memorial at the Fonda Speedway and then the next night its east on I-90 to the Utica-Rome Speedway.
