Utica-Rome Speedway Tuesday night, July 13. And when Tim Shaffer entered
the fray with three laps to go, the crowd was on their feet. When the
checkered flew, “Fast Freddie” was able to hold on for his second All Star
victory of 2010 and his 25th career win with the series.

For many years sprint car fans in Texas have heard about Fred Rahmer, read about him, and even saw him on television occasionally when he competed against the World of Outlaws. Now they will finally get a chance to see the Hall of Famer for themselves up close and personal, as he will compete in the inaugural WoO Fest at Lone Star Speedway in Kilgore on Saturday, October 24 with the World of Outlaws.
