Felker holds off Bayston to sweep POWRi weekend at Macob
Saturday, July 4 finished off the two-night celebration of POWRi Freedom Fest at Macon Speedway. Another stellar field of cars was on hand with POWRi Midgets and Micros, in addition to non-wing Micros and the Billingsley Towing Modifieds. After a free live concert in the parking lot, all attention turned to the thrilling 1/5-mile where racing ensued.

Macon Speedway Freedom Fest Doubleheader This Weekend
The POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget Series and Speedway Motors 600cc Outlaw Micro Series are set to make their fourth and fifth appearance at the “Mighty” Macon Speedway in Macon, Illinois on July 3rd and July 4th for the Macon Speedway Freedom Fest. The last POWRi appearance at Macon Speedway was on June 6th for the third night of Illinois SPEED Week, with Christopher Bell and Matt Howard taking division wins. The weekend will be filled with racing, fireworks, and music entertainment.

2015 Illinois Speed Week Show Coming To Macon

Daum, Clauson claim POWRi midget wins at Macon Speedway Saturday
POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget Series points leader Zach Daum stormed to the victory in the first feature race at Macon Speedway Saturday night in front of a loaded field. Daum, of Pocahontas, Ill., started from the front row and held off Bryan Clauson of Noblesville, Ind., for the victory.
