As the cars and fans roll in to this weekends big Tuscarora 50 races at Port Royal Speedway and the Juniata County Fair, it will mark the final time that either group of them get to be involved in a Tuscarora 50 with the iconic names of Keith Kauffman and Fred Rahmer embroiled in the action.
