Hamilton nips Taylor in UAW Kenyon Midget Speedrome thriller
On Saturday night the stage was set at the Indianapolis Speedrome for a battle between 2016 UAW American Made Kenyon Midget Champion Dameron Taylor and 2017 Pay Less Little 500 presented by UAW GM Champion Kyle Hamilton. UAW American Made Mel Kenyon Midget Series 2017 Season
Officials of the UAW American Made Mel Kenyon Midget Series have announced plans for a 19 race schedule for the 2017 racing season. The season will open on April 15 and close on October 7. The 2017 calendar will mark the ninth year the United State Speed Association has sanctioned and conducted midget racing events.

Jones grabs his 1st USSA Midget win at US 24 Speedway
In a battle of driving styles and car types, Chase Jones and Kent Kriegbaum controlled the UAW American Made Mel Kenyon Midget Series 30-lap feature at US 24 Speedway Saturday night. Winner Jones worked the top of the racetrack and the cushion in his car while Kriegbaum owned the bottom of the track in his Ford powered car.

When the dust settled on the final Mel Keny9on Midget Series dirt race of the 2014 racing season, Kent Kriegbaum took home the checkers in convincing fashion. Kriegbaum’s first career win was just like every driver wants it to be, jumping to the lead from the pole position at the start and leading every lap of the 30 lap feature.
