The Firemenโs Nationals at Sun Prairie, Wisconsinโs Angell Park Speedway can boast a list of past winners that includes seven inductees of the National Midget Auto Racing Hall of Fame. On that same list, youโll find 11 USAC National champions, and all those individuals happily rank a Firemenโs Nationals victory right near the top of their list of achievements.
USAC Triple Crown champion Jerry Coons Jr. is among the latest entries for the 2023 Driven2SaveLives BC39. A total of 21 cars and drivers are now set to compete in the fifth running of the event which features an extended four days of USAC NOS Energy Drink Midget National Championship racing on September 27-30 at The Dirt Track at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
From southern Illinois to central Illinois, the USAC NOS Energy Drink Midget National Championship truly becomes the Flyinโ Illini this weekend, August 18-19.
