Andrew Felker aiming to build on promising start in POWRi National Midgets at Valley, Lucas Oil Speedways
Andrew Felker, of Carl Junction, Mo., will try to build on his promising start in the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget Series in home-state events Friday (April 29) at Valley Speedway in Grain Valley and Saturday (April 30) at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland.
