Concord, NC —Joey Saldana, who won for the 20th overall time with the World of Outlaws last weekend at Lone Star Speedway in Kilgore, Texas will join host Dave Despain on Wind Tunnel this Sunday, November 1 at 9 p.m. Eastern, live on SPEED.
Saldana will help preview the upcoming World Finals at The Dirt Track @ Lowe’s Motor Speedway, where he was victorious back in May for the first time in his career. The native of Brownsburg, Indiana who leads the World of Outlaws with 19 A-Feature wins along with a preliminary feature triumph is currently third in points, 46 markers out of the lead as he chases his first series title, in what is the closest three-way battle in series history with Donny Schatz leading and Jason Meyers second.
In addition to leading the World of Outlaws in wins, Saldana also is on top of the charts in laps led and money earned aboard the Budweiser Maxim for Kasey Kahne Racing. He has racked up 47 Top-10 finishes with 36 of those being Top-Five performances in the 63 A-Feature events that have been contested through October 24.
