USAC Silver Crown Series

Levi Jones trails Bryan Clauson by 22 points in the latest USAC National Drivers Championship standings, which were affected slightly by Saturday’s USAC Silver Crown Championship race results from Terre Haute, Ind.

Jones won the “Sumar Classic 100” at Terre Haute and sliced 11 points off Clauson’s lead in the process despite Clauson’s second-place finish in the race.

The next event to impact the standings will be this Saturday’s “Rollie Beale 150” USAC Silver Crown finale at the Toledo (Ohio) Speedway. The race marks the debut of the series at the half-mile track.
