For the past 7 seasons it has been our pleasure to bring “The Greatest Show on Dirt” The World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series to the Clay County Fair Speedway in Spencer, Iowa.
We want to let fans know that this annual event will continue in 2013, and beyond.
This years Arnold Motor Supply “SHOOTOUT” is being promoted by SLS Promotions (http://www.slspromotions.com). SLS Promotions has many years experience in promoting World of Outlaws events at 20 venues across the U.S. and into Canada. “Turning this event over to SLS is a bittersweet transition for us,” said Craig Dollansky, “It is in my wife’s hometown, and we have been very proud to host this event, but it has become increasingly more difficult to do, given our schedule as a competitor in the sport. We are confident that SLS will continue the tradition of bringing a great racing show to The Clay County Fair, and want to personally thank all the sponsors and people who have supported us over the years.”
With this change, there will be different points of sale to reserve your seats for the Friday, September 13th 2013 event. Tickets will go on sale June 1st, 2013. Previous years’ ticket holders’ tickets will be held in reserve until July 1st, 2013 giving fans 1 month to retain the same seats that they have held in the past.
