LINCOLN, Neb. (June 19, 2013) – Redemption is on the mind of Mark Burch Motorsports and driver Danny Lasoski as they head to Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa, on Saturday for the second time this season.

The team failed to achieve the results they expected when they competed last month with the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series at the half-mile oval.

“I’m really looking forward to returning to Knoxville,” Lasoski said.

Lasoski is the winningest driver in Knoxville Raceway history and is only two 410ci victories away from being the first driver to record 100 career wins at the famed facility.

“To be honest, it’s on everybody else’s mind more than mine,” he said. “It would be fantastic if we could reach 100, but right now we just want to win no matter where we are racing.”

Lasoski is a nine-time Knoxville Raceway track champion and has garnered four Knoxville Nationals victories.

“I’ve been fortunate to be with good race teams with good race engines,’ he said. “To run Knoxville you have to have a great engine and we do.”
