Vernon, N.Y. — (September 7, 2013) — The Cole Cup for the ESS, PST, and URC racing series scheduled for Saturday was postponed after two rain delays after the completion of four heat races at Utica-Rome Speedway. The race will pick up again today with gates opening at 4:00 with and hot laps scheduled for 5:30.
