Knoxville, IA – (February 28, 2014) – Fans have even more exciting racing coming to Knoxville this year. On June 13-15 the legendary track will host Vintage Flat Track Motorcycles on Friday, World of Outlaw Sprint Cars on Saturday and the AMA Grand National Flat Track Motorcycles on Sunday.

“We are very excited about this three day event that includes both motorcycles and sprint cars,” said Knoxville Raceway Promoter Brian Stickel. “The event combines two of the most exciting forms of motorsports into a brand new weekend of excitement.”

The last time the AMA Motorcycles competed in Knoxville was 2012. Every year fans have experienced some of the most exciting and close racing in the entire Grand National Series. The World of Outlaws will feature Steve Kinser in his final tour dueling it out with the Lucas Oil Knoxville Championship Cup Series drivers for their share of the $50,000 purse.

Beginning on March 5th, a discounted three-day ticket will be available for $50, (a $20 discount). Tickets will be available at www.knoxvilleraceway.com.

“Knoxville Raceway is committed to affordable family entertainment,” Stickel said. “Thanks to our premier partners Lucas Oil, Casey’s General Store, Pella Motors, Arnold Motor Supply and FVP, there are ticket deals and promotions out there every week to help keep costs down for families and individuals.”
