Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints Tackle the High Banks of Lebanon Valley

Syracuse, NY — (June 19, 2014) — After a well deserved weekend off, the stars and cars from the Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints (ESS) will be back at it and at one of the most storied tracks in New York, the Lebanon Valley Speedway. The chase for the 2014 ESS championship kicks back into gear at the high banks.

Steve Poirier is leading the early season battle and he will be coming into a track where he has visited victory lane before. But, the point fight has heated up with Jeff Cook, Etienne Girard, Jason Barney and local favorite Matt Tanner having Poirier in their sites.

Lebanon Valley is filled with prestige and many sprint teams like to make the trek to West Lebanon… Kevin Ward Jr., Chuck Hebing, Paul Kinney, Zach Weigand, Patrick Vigneault, Cory Sparks, Shawn Donath, Joe Trenca, Dave Axton and James Hanson are expected to be on hand. Also expected to be in the field are Russ Bennett, Lacey Hanson, Kory Gurney, Kyle Dutcher, Jared Fink and others.

A special dash in honor of JC Flach from PC Repair Center and Marks Road Recovery will be held. In memory of JC’s #77, the payout will be 207.77, 157.77, 127.77, 107.77, 87.77 and 77.77. It will be the highest paying dash of the year.

Car Mate Custom Built Trailers brings you the heat events with Lacaillade Masonry hosting the B-Main all leading up to the 25 Lap A-Main that will pay points for the overall Lucas Oil ESS Championship and the E&V Energy Tour of the States.
