CHILLICOTHE, Ohio (October 21, 2016) – Persistent rains throughout evening and overnight hours on Thursday, as well as more rain throughout the morning hours on Friday, has left Atomic Speedway and Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions officials no choice but to cancel the originally scheduled Friday night portion of All Star championship weekend.
