Joey Saldana has said a number of times this season that you need a little luck on your side when racing with the World of Outlaws, and he has had a couple of potential wins slip through his fingers by circumstances out of his control and by having some bad luck. He certainly had good luck on his side on Saturday night as he was victorious at Beaver Dam Raceway in Wisconsin in the Jim Boyd “JB” Memorial, despite having a rapidly deflating right rear tire during the waning laps at the high-banked 1/3-mile bullring.

pending an entire Friday morning and early afternoon watching bands of storms roll across the suddenly LeBron Jamesless state of Ohio can make a man go crazy! And though the forecast called for a 70% chance of precipitation, the eternal optimist always holds on to the 30% chance that it doesn’t, right up until the time when the clouds finally unleash their fury. That fury was unleashed shortly before 2:30PM, washing away any chance of getting in a Fab Four Racing program, especially with more showers and storms on the way.
