USAC prepares for double features at Lincoln next week

The second round of the Eastern Storm invades the Pigeon Hills on Wednesday, June 3 at 7:00 PM with the AMSOIL USAC National Sprint Car Series and the Mach 1 Chassis 360/358 Sprint Cars at the Lincoln Speedway. Brian Montieth lived up to his nickname “The Edge” as he blasted around the outside on the high-banks of Lincoln Speedway during the early stages of Sunday’s 25-lap 410 sprint car main and then used a slide job on Greg Hodnett to assume command with 16 laps complete.
