The 25th Anniversary season of the NAPA Auto Parts Thunder on the Hill Racing Series offers one more date on the schedule with the popular Grandview Thunder 5-25’s and House of Thunder Halloween Party making up the Saturday night, October 18 racing program at the Grandview Speedway.

Early day rain and the forecast of more rain to come has forced promoter Bruce Rogers to throw in the towel and cancel the doubleheader show of ARDC wingless midgets and Hilborn TSRS winged sprint cars scheduled for Grandview Speedway on Sunday night.

Under the NAPA Auto Parts banner, the Thunder on the Hill Racing Series will present the Race of Champions 17th Annual Modified TRAFFIC JAM plus the 410 Sprints at the Grandview Speedway on Tuesday night, July 29 with gates opening at 5 PM and race time set for 7:30 PM.

The results of the second Open Wheel Spectacular at Grandview Speedway have been written in the record books. While that chapter may be closed, it is not likely that the talk about this racing event will end any time soon.

The NAPA Auto Parts Thunder on the Hill Racing Series returns to the “hill” on Tuesday night, July 29 with round two, a spectacular double-header that will find the 410 Sprints and Race of Champions Modifieds on the same program.

On Sunday, July 20th, Grandview Speedway will be host to the second Open Wheel Spectacular of the season as the Hilborn Tri-State Race Saver (TSRS) 305 Winged Sprint Cars join forces with the wingless midgets of the American Racing Drivers Club (ARDC).

After a wildly successful 410 Sprint & Modified Double-header on July 1, a similar event will take place on Tuesday night, July 29 at the Grandview Speedway.
