JJ GRASSO WINS EMOTIONAL URC SPRINT CAR RACE, CANNON STREAKS TO 358 Win
JJ Grasso of Pedricktown, N.J., scored an emotional victory Saturday at Selinsgrove Speedway in the 25-lap URC 360 sprint car feature on a night filled with tributes to the late legendary driver Kramer Williamson who died last weekend from injuries he sustained in a URC-sanctioned race at Lincoln Speedway last Saturday.

Shultz Topples Cannon For Firecracker 30 Victory
Saturday night’s Middleswarth Potato Chips Firecracker 30 for 358 sprint cars at Selinsgrove Speedway was a race to remember as front row starter Pat Cannon of Etters stormed into the early lead and was eventually tracked down and passed for the win on lap 21 by sixth-place starter Jason Shultz of Carlisle.

RAIN POSTPONES FIRECRACKER RACE FOR 358 SPRINT CARS
Selinsgrove Speedway officials were forced to cancel Saturday night’s racing program at 7 p.m. due to heavy rain. The 12th annual Middleswarth Potato Chips Firecracker 30 for 358 sprint cars has been rescheduled for next Saturday, July 6, at 7:30 p.m. The sprint car special event will pay $2,000 to win out of the $10,500 purse.
