Dylan Westbrook ran down Mitch Brown in lapped traffic and passed him on lap 24 before leading the final two laps to secure victory in a non-stop Southern Ontario Sprints season opener at Brighton Speedway on Saturday night.

Dylan Westbrook picked up his second win of the weekend and fourth in a row with the Southern Ontario Sprints Sunday night at Humberstone Speedway. Westbrook passed Cory Turner on lap 17 and pulled away for the victory.

2016 SOS schedule released
Southern Ontario Sprints officials are pleased to announce the schedule for the tour’s 21st season of racing. The SOS will award championship points in events at Brighton Speedway, Humberstone Speedway, Merrittville Speedway, Ohsweken Speedway, and South Buxton Raceway in 2016, and continue their tradition as an affiliate sanction of the Canadian Sprint Car Nationals at Ohsweken.
