After a few warm up laps at the Ogilvie Raceway on Monday the Big Game Treestands #7 team departed late Tuesday afternoon for Charlotte, NC and the World of Outlaws WORLD FINALS. After putting the finishing touches on things at their Princeton, Minnesota shop over the past week the new team is ready to make their debut at the Dirt Track at Lowe’s Motor speedway this weekend.

Together again are Crew Chief Mike Woodring, Lester Groves and Driver Craig Dollansky under the ownership of Tod Quiring, President of Big Game Treestands. Resurrecting Dollansky’s familiar #7, the trio are looking forward to their first race together since July of this year. “Mike and Craig have worked well together in the past, so I would expect they will hit the ground running when the #7 qualifies on Thursday at Charlotte,” Quiring remarked. He also stated, “These guys are extremely efficient and this has made my job easy from an owner standpoint.”

“I’m very pleased with how this team has come together in such a short amount of time,” said the driver. “Although there are a lot of things we need to get done before the 2010 season, we are prepared enough to run this weekend.”

The Big Game Treestands team is proud to have the continuing support of Karavan Trailers and Aggressive Hydraulics who have been backers of Craig Dollansky for a number of years. Paul Johnson, from Aggressive Hydraulics commented, “I’m looking forward to our continued relationship with Craig and the Big Game Treestands team in the 2010 season and wish them the best of luck this weekend at the WORLD FINALS.” With a number of new and existing contingency sponsors the team will be racing a Maxim Chassis, powered by Rider Racing Engines.

This weekend’s festivities will kick off with one night of qualifying action on Thursday. Thursday’s results will set up both Friday and Saturday’s full nights of racing with the World of Outlaws Late Models and Sprints.

Fans will be able to follow Thursday’s qualifying and Friday night’s racing action on Dirtvision.com with Saturday night’s culmination to be televised live on the SPEED Channel at 8:00 p.m. Eastern.
