The off-season tradition returns, and preparations are underway for: The Indy Circle Track Expo 10, Swap Meet * Trade Show * Auction, January 30, 2010 @ the Indiana State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis, IN!
THE SHOW
It’s one of the biggest shows of it’s kind in the entire country, and by far the biggest show in the entire Midwest!! Last year’s Indy Circle Track Expo had over 400 booth spaces in 2 buildings, with vendors from 13 different states! This Swap Meet, Trade Show, and Auction, will bring together local racers, professional racers, racing business’s (manufacturers & dealers), race tracks, and sanctioning bodies all under 1 (well 2 actually) massive roof(s)! The 67,000 Sq. ft. Champions Pavilion was sold-out (for the 8th year in a row!) last year by the first week of January! Vendor registration is open, and we have already started receiving entries, both in the mail and online, even before the calendar turned to October!!.

THE FEUD
Last year’s debut of the Beast Race Cars “Circle Track Feud” went down to the final question! But! There was controversy, as the winning team was said to be “Loaded” (in more ways than one)! This year, we eliminate the team concept, and go to every man for himself! PLUS!!! Each Celebrity Panelist will be playing for more than just bragging rights, they’ll actually be playing for $500, which will then be donated to the charity of their choice!! The kings of historical knowledge on all things fast, will be returning!.. Indianapolis Motor Speedway Historian Donald Davidson and www.openwheeltimes.com Kevin Eckert will be tossing out the Questions & Points, in this battle for “mental” supremacy!! Also returning to help keep the train somewhat on the track, will be Jack Slash!!
As in years past, we will be utilizing some Legends of the sport, as well as some of today’s heroes! We have been fortunate to have some of the finest in the business, grace our stage over the the years, and this year will be no different as both Tracy Hines and Casey Shuman have made early commitments to The Feud! Hines, who is well on way to 70 U.S.A.C. Feature victories, is returning avenge an early exit from last year’s Feud. Shuman, a first time contestant and winner of 20 Sprint Car features over the last 4 years, will be bringing a long racing heritage to the competition! Besides, this Feud thing was partially his idea, so now it’s time to pay!!! :) You won’t want to miss our second attempt at Game Show History!!! MICRO SPRINT MEETING IV
If you race a Micro, you’ll want to be at this meeting!
Dwayne McIntire is once again working hard to put together this year’s panel, and for the fourth year in a row The Indy Circle Track Expo is proud host the Micro Sprint Roundtable. The meeting will again be upstairs meeting room B at 12pm. This year’s panelists will be announced soon, so please keep checking back!
