Brandon, SD (5-22-11) – Sadly, Huset’s Speedway will not be racing tonight, May 22. The amount of rain that has fallen simply will not allow our grounds to dry before tonight’s scheduled event. Unlike the last two weeks, the drying conditions of the day are not going to allow the grounds crew to get everything into shape for the event.
Up Next: Memorial Day weekend features two nights of the Premier Racing Series. Sunday, May 29 includes the Northern Outlaw Sprint Association. Monday, May 30 is the 6th Annual Beef Night at the speedway. With the purchase of a $10 Beef Bucks, you’ll receive a free ticket to the Monday event. Fans can then use the $10 beef bucks certificate to purchase beef. Buy beef and get into the races free. Beef Bucks will be available at the track on Sunday. Also Monday night, the South Dakota Cattleman’s Association will be giving out thousands of dollars worth of prizes to the fans.
