Lima, OH — (May 26th, 2011) — Due to late week heavy rain showers, Limaland Motorsports Park has cancelled the Memorial Cup event scheduled for Friday, May 27.
Limaland will now kick off the 2011 racing season with the 12th Annual Steve Brown Memorial on Friday, June 3. The Bud Thunderstocks will be battling for a $1000 to win top prize. Joining the Thunderstocks will be the Elwer Fence Sprints and K & N UMP Modifieds on the famed high-banked bullring. The evening will kick off with the McDonald’s Dash for Cash. Gates will open at 5:00 p.m. with hot laps beginning at 6:30 p.m. Racing action starts at 7:30 p.m.
