From Oshkosh Speedzone
Oshkosh, WI — (April 16, 2013) — With spring weather “yet” to arrive and a racing surface which is still in need of additional preparation for racing, Oshkosh Speedzone Raceway and officials of the Bumper to Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprints Series have decided to postpone the Spring Brawl. Late season dates are being looked at for a replacement event. The IRA Outlaw Sprints are already schedule to appear on June 21st.
