Manitwoc, WI — (May 24, 2013) — The 360 Sprinters were pushed onto the track, ready to put on a show for the fans. Tim Haddy and Al Schlafer made up the front row, Jeff Wilke, TJ Luedke, Randy Sippel and Kyle Marten rounded out the top 3 rows. Haddy jumped out to the first lap lead, with Luedke pushing him hard from his 4th starting position. Danny Schlafer, Scotty Neitzel, and 2012 Champion Ben Schmidt charged hard from deep in the field to battle Haddy & Luedke at the front by Lap 11. As the quintet of leaders entered lapped traffic around the midway point things at the front started to change rapidly as they ran 3 and even 4 wide at times. Neitzel slid past Danny, Haddy and Luedke to grab the lead at Lap 18. Three laps later it was Luedke bringing along Haddy, both of them getting around Neitzel in the 10W to take the top 2 spots. A lap later it was Haddy back at the top with Neitzel in his wake. Neitzel again claimed the top a lap later as the top 3 played a high speed game of “top this”. Luedke proved himself up to the challenge as he swung around the 21H and 10W one more time to take the lead with 5 to go. He held the spot the final 5 laps as the battle raged behind him, with Haddy, Neitzel, Schmidt, Marten, and Danny Schlafer rounding out the top 6. Top mover to Schmidt with 7 spots and Neitzel with 6.
