WACO, Texas (August 15, 2014) – Tommy Bryant earned his second victory of the season, doing so in the regional showdown between the Griffith Truck and Equipment Gulf South Region and Smiley’s Racing Products Lone Star Region.
Earning the pole for the 25-lap event, Bryant led non-stop to win by a healthy margin. Channin Tankersley scooted from twelfth to take second with Ray Allen Kulhanek making the final podium step. Taking the final transfer from the B-Feature, Kevin Ramey tore through the field to take fourth from twentieth with seventeenth starting Klint Angelette earning fifth.
Patrick Stasa from fifteenth was sixth with Michele Melton seventh. A rare appearance by Eric Baldaccini resulted in a run from eighteenth to eighth followed by Claud Estes from nineteenth. Brandon Berryman made up the top-ten.
