ATTICA, OH (August 21, 2026) – Cale Thomas came out victorious Friday night at Attica Raceway Park winning the winged 410 sprint car feature after a spirited battle with Parker Price-Miller for the win.

Thomas and Price-Miller exchanged the lead five times officially with several other passes that did not count before the pair crossed the start finish line before Thomas held off Price-Miller at the finish by just 0.017 seconds.

After the feature, Thomas indicated the race for the lead was as much a mental game as it was physical in the closing laps.

“I hope the fans enjoyed that show because that was some hard, awesome racing between me and Parker,” said Thoams in victory lane. “It was almost like mind games, like is he going high? Am I going high, low? I don’t know. I thought I faked the bottom that last corner enough, and I was going slide across because I thought he’d get a run and he stuck the bottom and checked me. It was awesome!”

Sabo and Larry Kingseed Jr. started on the front row for the 30-lap feature event. Sabo took the lead at the start while Cale Thomas applied pressure to Kingseed for the second position, taking the spot on lap three. Two laps later Parker-Price Miller drove by Kingseed for the third position.

The red flag appeared on lap five when Ky Haper flipped in turn four. Harper exited the car under his own power, but the car was too damaged to continue.

Sabo and Thomas pulled away from the field during the restart until the caution flag came out when Tanner Tecco slowed on the front stretch. Tecco was able to restart at the tail of the field.

Following the restart after Tecco slowed, Thomas began to pressure Sabo for the lead with Price-Miller looming in the background. Further back in the field Cap Henry made his presence felt passing Kingseed for the fourth position on lap seven.

On lap 14 Sabo started overtaking traffic and allowed Thomas and Price-Miller to close in. During the 16th circuit Thomas was able to box Sabo in with a slower car and take the lead through turns one and two.

Sabo did not relent to Thomas’ challenges and was able to come back close back on the bottom, but drifted dup the track in turns one and two on lap 19 and allowed Price-Miller to take the second position and track down Thomas for the lead.

From that point Thomas and Price-Miller locked themselves in a race for the victory. After trading the top spot for a lap before crossing the line crossing each other’s racing lines, Price-Miller took the lead on lap 24. That was short lived though as Thomas was able to get under Price-Miller and retake the lead on lap 26.

Thomas and Price Miller continued to exchange the lead with Price-Miller officially leading lap 28 and Thomas lap 29. On the final lap Price-Miller had one last run for the top spot, but Thomas had enough momentum off turn four to lead the final circuit.

Price Miller, Henry, Sabo, and Kingseed rounded out the top five.
