Brandon Hahn Notches 10th-Place Finish in ASCS Championship Standings

It was more than just a learning season for Brandon Hahn.

“First off, I want to say it was a blast,” he said. “It was a big, big learning experience. I went to so many different race tracks and raced with so many guys. By doing that you are bound to get better and I think we got better. If I could sum up my season in two words I would say learning struggle. It wasn’t easy by any means. I was trying to learn every race.”

Scelzi’s Season Highlighted by First Career King of the West Feature Victory

There is one moment that stands out among several highlights last season for Dominic Scelzi.

“I’d have to say winning my first 410ci race,” he said. “That really meant a lot to me. That’s something that I’ll have and be able to remember the rest of my life. I’ll never forget that and all the hard work that went into getting that win and how difficult it was to win that race. I feel that was the highest moment of the season.”

After rain washed out last weekend’s races in Yuma, the cars and stars of the Honda USAC Western Midget Series will battle at Don Kazarian’s Perris Auto Speedway. Presented by Agajanian Promotions and Oval Entertainment, the 98-lap “73rd Turkey Night Grand Prix” on Thursday, November 28th, is co-sanctioned with the Honda USAC National Midgets.
