Determined Axsom wins a thriller at Lincoln Park

Emerson Axsom led the majority of the 30 lap IRA/Maverick Sprint Car Series feature at Lincoln Park Speedway Thursday night. However, a dogfight raged behind him involving several cars and a late caution made for a green white checker finish with Ayrton Gennetten and Axsom swapping the lead and Axsom sealing the deal coming off turn four on the final circuit. Behind Axsom and Gennetten was Chris Windom, Parker Price Miller and Brenham Crouch.
