Patrick Sullivan will welcome Duane “Pancho” Carter, Innes “Buzzy” Dobbins and Steve “Bopper” Stapp to a special Sprint Car 101 hosted by Hoosier Tire Midwest/Allgaier Performance Parts and presented by the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum.
