After sitting out the past two weekends following a concussion at the 18th annual Trophy Cup at Thunderbowl Raceway in Tulare, Calif., on Oct. 22, the 15-year-old from Puyallup, Wash., has a clean bill of health and is highly anticipating this weekend’s ASCS National Tour event at Southern New Mexico Speedway in Las Cruces, N.M.

“It sucks not winning, but you have to be happy with a second,” he said. “People don’t realize how big of a difference it is between first and second. We were just so close.”
STARKS HEADING TO CALIFORNIA FOR DOUBLEHEADER
The 15-year-old from Puyallup, Wash., will travel approximately 15 hours south to the middle of California for a track he’s never competed at – Ocean Speedway in Watsonville – and one of his favorites – Thunderbowl Raceway in Tulare.
