Three Feature Events Scheduled in Two Nights of Racing for the POWRi Midgets

Coming off an impressive night of racing at the Belleville Bash, POWRi will head to Fayette County Speedway in Brownstown, IL on Friday, May 16th. The midgets and micros were unable to race at the ¼ mile dirt high-banked oval during the 2013 season due to scheduling conflicts. However, past feature winners at Fayette County Speedway include Brett Anderson in 2012 and Michael Pickens in 2011.

Ball Guides White Lightning Motorsports to Top 10 at Knoxville

Jamie Ball earned his second straight top 10 at Knoxville Raceway last Saturday for White Lightning Motorsports.

“After hot laps I was the quickest overall and didn’t change that much,” he said. “I went back out for our group qualifying and missed the top eight by about a half a tenth.”

World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series Makes Annual Return to I-96 Speedway for NAPA Rumble in Michigan on Saturday, May 31

Steve Kinser has won twice as many World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series races at I-96 Speedway as another other competitor.

Race fans in Michigan have one final opportunity to watch the winningest sprint car driver in the sport compete at I-96 during his Salute to the King tour, which makes its first of only two trips to “The Wolverine State” on Saturday, May 31, for the NAPA Rumble in Michigan.
