Klaasmeyer Wins Last Lap Thriller at Fairbury

Never short for close-quarter racing and action, Fairbury American Legion Speedway delivered with Tucker Klaasmeyer and Logan Seavey battling it out all the way to the line on the last lap in the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget League feature event. With a collision at the line resulting in Seavey flipping wildly into turn one and Klaasmeyer spun around, Klaasmeyer claimed his fourth victory of 2018 with the league.

Macon Speedway POWRi SPEEDWEEK Event Canceled Due To Rain

After completing the first three events of the 2018 POWRi Illinois SPEEDWEEK, rain hit hard on Saturday morning in Macon, Illinois, forcing the cancelation of the Macon Speedway event. Drivers, officials, and fans are left highly disappointed as the event was sure to be huge with a great field of cars and the typical crazy action the Midgets bring to the high banked 1/5-mile dirt track.

Seavey Wins POWRi Speedweek Feature at Jacksonville

At the end of the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget League show at Jacksonville Speedway, Logan Seavey stood victorious for his fourth career win with the League. Seavey’s victory came in the third night of the Sixth Annual POWRi Illinois SPEED Week. Tanner Thorson, the SPEED Week point leader heading into Jacksonville Speedway dropped out with mechanical woes in the feature event, deflating any chances he had of going three-in-a-row.

Ryan Robinson of Foresthill, California was deemed the winner of the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget League feature event at Jacksonville Speedway after fellow Keith Kunz/Curb-Agajanian Motorsports teammate Tucker Klaasmeyer was penalized for jumping out of line on a late race restart.
