Steve Kinser Wins For the First Time at River Cities Speedway

Throughout his illustrious career, Steve Kinser has won at nearly every track on the World of Outlaws circuit. Entering this season, though one facility that was missing from the list was River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The 20-time series champion was able to check off the high-banked ¼-mile bullring on Saturday night after winning a wild race before a huge crowd.
