Terry McCarl and Clint Garner are certainly no strangers to Knoxville’s Victory Lane, but Tony Shilling was making his first trip, on Pizza Hut 360 Twin Features Night at Knoxville. McCarl won for the 52nd time in the 410 class, while Garner took his 15th career win in the first 360 main event.

In the return to Merritt Speedway after several years absence Brett Mann took the checkers at Rick Ancel’s Merritt Speedway. The Goshen, IN driver took the lead on lap 23 and captured the $1,200 first place prize in front of a standing room only crowd.

Hortsman Dominates at Mt Pleasant
On a hot, humid evening in Mt Pleasant Michigan, Cloverdale Ohio driver Jared Horstman took the victory in the only appearance this season at the fast 3/8 mile oval. Renegade Racing Fuels and Miles Petroleum Group presented the action at the northern Michigan oval and the great crowd was not disappointed, a total of 28 cars checked into the pits.
