Winning has been an ongoing trend for St. Helena, California’s Rico Abreu, and for the second time in 2020, Abreu found himself in Midwest Open Wheel Association (MOWA) victory lane, this time during action at Jacksonville Speedway in Jacksonville, Illinois, on Friday, July 24.

It was a weekend to remember for Rico Abreu and Rico Abreu/Curb Agajanian Racing, not only conquering Midwest Open Wheel Association (MOWA) action during a visit to Lincoln (Ill.) Speedway on Friday, July 17, but eventually doubling-down in the win column with a last lap pass at the famed-Knoxville Raceway on Saturday, July 18.

Rico Abreu’s final five nights in the Buckeye State for Ohio Sprint Speedweek featuring the All Star Circuit of Champions proved successful for the St. Helena, California-native, ending the five-race stretch with three podium performances, highlighting all starts with a dominating victory at Muskingum County Speedway in Zanesville, Ohio, on Thursday, July 9.
