Tim Kaeding scores victory Saturday night in Hanford

Getting ready to head back to the Midwest this coming week former King of California Tim Kaeding of San Jose added one more victory prior to his departure by withstanding a strong final half of the race challenge from Elk Grove’s Kyle Larson and claim Saturday night’s Golden State Challenge 410 Sprint Car Series main event at the Giant Chevrolet Kings Speedway in Hanford.

Brian Brown – Back on Top at Knoxville!

Brian Brown was back on top of the heap at Knoxville Raceway last Saturday, and it came on a special night as well. His grandfather, George Lasoski, was inducted into the Knoxville Raceway during intermission. The win put the Grain Valley, Missouri driver back on top of the point standings as well. This week, he’ll race four times, including a make-up of the World of Outlaws show in Sedalia, two nights with the ASCS-Midwest in Nebraska and back at Knoxville.

Hutch Nationals Await NCRA Sprints This Weekend

One of the most prestigious events on the O’Reilly/NCRA sprint car tour is the “Grand Daddy” of them all, the Hutchinson Grand Nationals. Well it is that time of year once again as the tour heads to the Kansas State Fairgrounds in Hutchinson, Kansas for the 54th annual event this coming Friday and Saturday night for two complete race programs. And with it also will come continuation of yet another tight points battle for the series championship.

Crawley to pilot #99 honoring legendary Hooker Hood on 7/1-7/4

the Year and 2008 USCS Mid South Thunder Tour Champion, Tim Crawley from
Benton, Arkansas will pilot a special car honoring Sprint Car Hall of Fame
Inductee, and open wheel racing legend Clarence Hooker Hood from Memphis,
Tennessee during the four race United Sprint Car Series presented by
Goodyear mini-series over the July 4th weekend.

SPRINT CARS FEATURED IN HOLIDAY WEEKEND SPECIAL EVENTS

Selinsgrove Speedway will showcase two sprint car
specials over the Fourth of July weekend. The 358 sprint cars will be
featured in the Firecracker 30 this Saturday, July 3, with the 410 sprint
cars taking the spotlight in the PA Speedweek finale this Sunday, July 4.
Track gates will open at 5 p.m. and qualifying will begin at 7:30 p.m. both
nights.
